Hi! My name is Lucy.

I set up Au Pair Sorted with the hope of providing a safe environment for au pairs to meet families and to give families the opportunity to meet the right au pair for them.

I worked as an au pair in France, Spain and Italy from the age of 18 for a number of different families whilst studying at university. Each family and each experience taught me something new and I will never forget my times with them.

Some of the families asked me to help them to find their next au pair and that made me realise that from my first hand experience, I could offer the family a selection of the au pairs I'd met that I felt would best suit them.

After finishing university, I worked for a luxury concierge company and later in events, which all helped to hone my abilities to research and source services for my clients.

Being an au pair is such a wonderful chance to share your culture and I love helping families and au pairs to find their own wonderful connection.
